Lawrence-Douglas County Health Department clinic — except for Family Planning services — and office, located at 200 Maine Street, will be closed Wednesday, March 31, and Friday, April 2 while our staff manages two COVID-19 vaccine clinics this week. The vaccine clinics are pre-scheduled for those who qualify in Phases 1-4. Those with an appointment should arrive at their scheduled time and be sure to bring a screenshot or printed copy of the QR code they were sent. Family Planning services will be open on Wednesday, March 31.
The COVID-19 epidemiological dashboard will not be updated Wednesday or Friday while the office is closed as our staff will not have adequate time to prepare the data.
LDCPH will reopen on Thursday, April 1, and then Monday, April 5. Newsletter and epidemiological updates will resume on Thursday and Monday as well.
